O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 for issuance of Passport.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent submits that no criminal case is pending as against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 and issue passport to the petitioner, if there is no other legal impediment for issuance of passport. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
