Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To Modify the condition No. 6(b), imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 19.11.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 20578 of 2025 from directing him to report before respondent police daily until further orders to report before Cumbum North Police Station.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 20578 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 12 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.20578 of 2025 on 19.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.20578 of 2025 on 19.11.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cumbum North Police Station, Theni, daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police whenever summoned and shall cooperate with the investigation.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
