PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to measure and fix the four boundary of the petitioners property in Survey No. 259/1B, 259/2B, 259/3B and 258/2A situated at Tharuvaikulam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, to an extent of 18 acres, by implementing the orders of the Honble High Court, Madurai Bench made in WP(MD).No. 30170 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 with letter and spirit within the period stipulated by this Court. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the official respondents to measure and fix the four boundary of the petitioner's property in Survey No. 259/1B, 259/2B, 259/3B and 258/2A situated at Tharuvaikulam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, to an extent of 18 acres, by implementing the orders of the High Court, Madurai Bench made in WP(MD).No. 30170 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 with letter and spirit within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the 2/5
stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice is dispensed with.
3. This is the third writ petition filed by the writ petitioner for the very same relief of survey. WP(MD) No.30170 of 2023 was ordered on 19.12.2023 and WP(MD) No.3455 of 2025 was ordered on 07.02.2025.
4. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that survey has been conducted. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that survey report and sketch were not provided to the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the same would be provided.
5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
