ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's Toyota Etios vehicle bearing Reg. No.PY 02 X 3706 seized by the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the confiscation proceedings has been initiated.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned trial Court for appropriate relief. No Costs.
