It is seen that in the petition filed by the petitioner, the name of the Trial Court is wrongly mentioned as "The Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli" instead of "Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram". Therefore, the same is reflected in the order also. Hence, the petitioner is seeking to modify the same.

3. In the order, dated 04.12.2025, the following corrections shall be carried out:

1. In paragraph No.6, the satisfaction Court is wrongly mentioned as "The Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli" instead of "Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram". Therefore, the name of the Trial Court shall also be changed as "Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram" and in the "To" address also.

2. In the cause title the petitioner's Counsel name was wrongly mentioned as 'Mr.S.Suresh Kumar' instead of 'Mr.H.Elango'. 1/3

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
