These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing Civil Revision Petition as against the order in E.P.No.46 of 2023 in O.S.No.178 of 2009 and E.P.No.217 of 2022 in O.S.No.1227 if 2008 before 1st Additional District Munsiff, Madurai Town.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no serious objection to allow these petitions.
3. In view of the no objection made by the counsel for 1st respondent and also considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 6 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions are condoned and accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
4. The Legal service authority is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as remuneration to the legal aid counsel viz., Mr.Lokesh Krishna, who appeared for the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of two weeks from today.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions if it is otherwise in order and list the matters for admission in the usual course. 17-02-2026 trp To The High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
