ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the offences alleged are of a bailable nature.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offences are bailable in nature.
3. Considering the submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the respondent police shall consider granting station bail on the same day.
