Heard Mr.C.Nanda Gopal, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent, Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, Mr.K.Muralidharan, learned counsel for the 4th respondent and Mr.Natesh Raja, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. They do not have objection in entertaining the present impleading petition under which the proposed respondents 1 to 3 are to be impleaded as respondents 10 to 12 in the main writ petition. As the main prayer sought for in the writ petition relates to price chargeable before tax, Central tax and State tax payable on petrol and diesel and retail selling price, these authorities are the necessary parties to be heard. In view of the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
