ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.277 of 2020, dated 13.10.2025. 2.Heard Ms.V.Menaka, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Ms.M.Sudha Rani, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.V.Menaka, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, as directed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.277 of 2020, vide impugned order, dated 13.10.2025 and seeks further time. 4.Ms.M.Sudha Rani, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay the entire amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.277 of 2020, vide impugned order, dated 13.10.2025, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.In fine, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
