ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3855 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1078 of 2023 dated 05.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the directing the petitioner to stay at Chidambaram and report before the Inspector of Police, Chidambaram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
