ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.k.Ilanthiraiyan J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.Vilvathurai, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and he undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay of 158 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and refer the matter before the Lok Adalat, which is scheduled to be held on 13.12.2025.

5. Both the counsel shall ensure the presence of the claimants and respondents before the Lok Adalat.
