In an earlier occasion, this Court directed the petitioner to register the marriage with Mariakamalshiyam and report before this Court on 18.12.2025.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie, 18.12.2025), the petitioner is neither represented by counsel nor present in person, which shows that the Petitioner has not complied with the condition and is not interested in prosecuting this Petition.
