ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No. 19507 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only for nearly 16 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only for 16 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.19507 of 2025 on 06.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.19507 of 2025 on 06.11.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.,, until further orders.'' 09-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District.
