ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and to take appropriate action.
2. After hearing the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it reveals that it is a property dispute between the petitioner and his father and therefore, the present dispute cannot be considered before this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy. No Costs.
