This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to conduct proper enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint, and representation dated 14.11.2025 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondent submitted that after enquiry the petitioner's complaint was closed. Today, the closure report was circulated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same as per law. No Costs. 09-12-2025 KSA 2/3
