ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 3rd respondents particularly, the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry against the 4th to 10th respondents based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondents did not receive any complaint from the petitioner.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit an additional copy of the complaint to the official respondents 1 and 3 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondents 1 and 3 shall consider the said complaint and take action as per law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
