O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed pointing out that the direction given by us in W.P.(MD)No.12999 of 2025 has not been complied with.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader draws our attention to the fact that eviction order was passed against the encroachers and that one of them filed W.P.(MD)No.30763 of 2025 and that interim protection has been given by us for a period of two months. The said period is yet to expire. We therefore close the contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same by filing miscellaneous petition at the appropriate stage.
