The petitioner with a grievance that the sale deed dated 19.11.2025 for the S.No.666 of Mangalam village, Virudhunagar District has not been registered by the respondent has filed this writ petition. 1/3

2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 05.12.2025 there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is listed today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
