The present petition is filed by the defacto complainant to grant special leave to prefer the criminal appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 11.07.2025 passed in CC.No.106/2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court [JM Level], Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer the criminal appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
