2.On 18.12.2025, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before this Court and give an undertaking affidavit. Today the petitioner has submitted the undertaking affidavit that in future he will not sell Cool Lip or any other tobacco products. Accordingly, compliance is recorded.
