ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Melur, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.155 of 2009 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 05.01.2026, the learned District Munsif, Melur, has sent a pendency report vide D.No.32/2026, dated 23.01.2026. The report reflects that from the year 1999, there are 1312 suits are pending and from the year 2009, there are 1304 suits are pending and particularly, in the year 2009, there are 9 suits are pending on his file.
3.Considering the pendency of the suits, the learned District Munsif, Melur, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.155 of 2009, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. with the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
