O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a separate patta in the name of the legal heirs of late.Vairavan, with respect to the property comprised in Old Natham S.No.352 part, New Natham S.No.1463/32, ad-measuring 42 sq.m. (450.50 sq.ft.) in Atchanthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024 and reminder representation dated 20.11.2025 and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself

The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents dated 16.07.2024 for issuance of separate patta in the name of the legal heirs of late.Vairavan, with respect to the property comprised in Old Natham S.No.352 part, New Natham S.No.1463/32, ad-measuring 42 sq.m. (450.50 sq.ft.) in Atchanthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, 2/5

However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
