Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.382 of 2025 from the file of the 4th Respondent to the 5th respondent or any other investigation agency on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025.

ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.382 of 2025 from the file of the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent with respect to a crime relating to theft of teak trees, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the accused got anticipatory bail before this Court. The dispute is between the two brothers and the case has been falsely foisted against the accused.

3. Considering the nature of the case involved and neither the vehicle nor the stolen teak trees were so far seized, the 3rd is directed to 2/5

monitor the investigation of the 4th respondent and expedite the investigation and conclude the same within a period of four (4) weeks from today (10.12.2025). The 4th respondent is directed to apprise the 3rd respondent of the progress of the investigation every week.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
