The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting Arulmigu Sri Pandiyaraja Temple Festival at Puliyangulam Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District to be held from 08.12.2025 to 13.12.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025 within a time frame.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025 and pass 2/4

orders in accordance to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
