(MD).No.14869 of 2025, dated 10.09.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice ie., on 1st and 16th day of Every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate(Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.14869/2025 dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police only one day at 10.30 a.m,. Thereafter, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14869/2025 dated 10.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
