ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to appoint the petitioner as Chief Priest (Periya Dhanam) of Arulmigu Kalaya venkataramana Swami Temple by considering representation dated 05.12.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner gave a representation on 05.12.2018 with regard to the appointment of the petitioner as Chief Priest.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation was submitted by the petitioner in the year 2018 and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation. On receipt of fresh representation, the same will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation 2/5

along with a copy of the representation dated 05.12.2018, if it is available, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of fresh representation, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on its own merits, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a fresh representation.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
