This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out survey, measurement and demarcation of boundaries of the Survey No.363/15 measuring to an extent of 105 Sq.Mt. situated at Agarampettai Village, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District with the aid of the 3rd respondent by considering petitioners application dated 31.05.2025.
2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondent, notice is dispensed with.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
4. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 31.05.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out survey, measurement and 2/4
demarcation of boundaries of the Survey No.363/15 measuring to an extent of 105 Sq.Mt. situated at Agarampettai Village, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District. However, no action has been taken so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that on considering the application of the petitioner, survey has been conducted by the respondents.
5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no costs.
