PRAYER:- Contempt Petition - filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the Contemnors/Respondents for having willfully and deliberately disobeyed the orders of this Honourable Court passed in WP(MD) No.3006/2025 dated 04.06.2025 and for having committed contempt of Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.06.2025.

2.In view of the report filed by the Tahsildar stating that the encroachment had been removed in entirety, we do not wish to pursue further in the contempt proceedings. However, we direct the respondents to ensure that there is no recurrence of encroachment in future and to always keep vigil through their officials.
