Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue Patta in petitioner name in survey No.228/25 with an extent of 0.01 hectares(02.47 cents) situated at Muthampatti, Palayam Town Panchayat, Guziliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the Valid Sale consideration in Doc NO.973/2023 dated 06.04.2023 and Petitioner application dated 06.01.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in petitioner name in survey No.228/25 with an extent of 0.01 hectares(02.47 cents) situated at Muthampatti, Palayam Town Panchayat, Guziliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the Valid Sale consideration in Doc NO.973/2023 dated 06.04.2023 and Petitioner application dated 06.01.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is now pointed out that the survey number, for which, patta was sought and fee was paid, the survey number differs in the representation/application. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh application/representation. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh application and in the event of 2/4

making a fresh application by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall dispose the said application as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
