O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 22.10.2025 passed by the 1st respondent, whereby an 2/6

Executive Officer was appointed to administer the temple along with the Hereditary Trustee.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, through the impugned order, the first respondent directed the Executive Officer to function along with the Hereditary Trustee, which is not sustainable. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to file a revision under Section 114 of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1951, against the impugned order.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner may be directed to file a revision under Section 114 of the Tamin Nadu HR & CE Act, 1951.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to file a revision petition under Section 114 of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1951, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
