2.Heard Mr.Karthick Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the respondents 1 and 3 have no objection to the condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
