To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3, 6 and 7 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 8 and 9 submitted that it is Mandala Abishekam and not Mandagapadi. Therefore, the word "Mandagapadi" in the 7th line of the 2nd paragraph in the earlier order, dated 05.12.2025, is modified as "Mandala Abishekam". The Registry is directed to carry out the amendments and issue fresh order copies of the order, dated 05.12.2025.

2. Further, it is reported by all the parties that the Kumbabishekhem and the Mandala Abishekam went well without any discrimination. The said submission is recorded. 3.The Executive Officer of the Temple has filed a report and the same is taken on record. If the parties are aggrieved regarding any rights, they are at liberty to approach the competent authority under HR and CE Act. 12-12-2025 Tmg To
