The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1,5 and 6 particularly the first respondent to take appropriate action/investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2025 against the respondents 3,4,7 to 18.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 is pending for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
