ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.13307 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.12532 of 2025, dated 06.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for two times.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.13307 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.12532 of 2025 on 06.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.13307 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.12532 of 2025 on 06.10.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for one more month i.e., on the 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.''
