ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 9858 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2024 dated 07.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 9858 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.572 of 2024 dated 07.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 am., till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
