ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry and further proceeding within the time fixed by this Court on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2025 against the respondents 4 to 6, this petition is filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint is all about the purchase of Innova Crysta Car from the fifth respondent. Despite having received the entire sale consideration for the said vehicle, the fifth respondent is now refusing to issue the No Objection Certificate and transfer the name of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner and hence the present petition is filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the respondent police conducted an enquiry. During the enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy District, and gave statements in writing that they would amicably settle 2/4

the matter between them. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed and the respondent police advised them to approach the appropriate civil Court. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner and the private respondents are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriates civil Court.
