This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl.M.P.No.11641 of 2025, dated 13.05.2025 as against the Respondents 2 and 6 herein 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police on instructions, submitted that the first respondent is not a competent person to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl.M.P.No.11641 of 2025, dated Page No. 3 of 6

13.05.2025. He further submitted that the respondents 2 and 6 are the competent persons to comply the above said order.. 4.Recording the same, the respondents 2 and 6 are directed to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl.M.P.No.11641 of 2025, dated 13.05.2025, forthwith.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
