ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.81 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner/Accused No.1 concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220001805C202500207 on 25.09.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
