Nos. 9 and 11 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Eraniel, reversing the Judgment and decree dated 31.01.2023 made in O.S. Nos. 83 of 2014 and 90 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Eraniel.

For Respondent in both CMPs: Mr.G. Ramanathan COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to condone a delay of 117 days in filing the above Second Appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD). No.3447 of 2026 respondent. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condonation of delay.

3. Considering the facts of the case and the reasons set out in the petitions, I am inclined to allow these petitions on payment of cost of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) in each petitions, to the counsel for respondent on or before 30.04.2026.
