ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's petition in Ref.No.1801/GDP/SP/TR1/2025 dated 04.06.2025, pending before the second respondent.

2. The petitioner has submitted that a complaint was filed before the first respondent. However, the issue ought to be considered by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Trichy. The DCP, Trichy, is not a party to the present Writ Petition and is, therefore, suo motu impleaded. The first respondent is directed to forward the complaint to the appropriate authority, namely, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Trichy, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. The DCP, Trichy, shall consider the petition within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
