ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the year 2023, three FIRs were registered against the petitioner, out of which, two FIRs have already been quashed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to remove his name from the H.S.No.612 of 2025 maintained by the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025 will be considered.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders 2/4

on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
