ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 for removing the flex board in the petitioners property bearing Survey No.193/1A measuring to extent of 3 Acre and 39 cents situated at Adisayapuram, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District forthwith.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit and the same ended in his favour and now she prays for the removal of the flex board erected on the petitioner's property bearing Survey No. 193/1A.

3. This Court is of the view that such a prayer cannot be entertained and the petitioner is having remedy to file an Execution Petition to execute the judgment passed in the suit. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.
