ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4
