O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.13837 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.1035 of 2024 dated 04.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 04.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Kanyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Nagercoil, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court from 21.08.2025 to 14.09.2025 and he has several health ailments and skin diseases, due to which, he could not comply with the conditions by staying at Nagercoil after 14.09.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition.

5. In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to stay at Kanyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Nagercoil, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
