ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 within a stipulated time.

2. The present complaint falls within the jurisdiction of Thirumangalam Police Station and, therefore, cannot be considered by the Usilampatti Police Station. However, the petitioner submitted that the complaint was already submitted to the first respondent, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to forward the petitioner's complaint to the appropriate police station, namely, the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, Madurai, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, Madurai, shall consider the complaint within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
