[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The representation is to name a particular flyover in the name of Pandiya Nedunjcheliyan or 1st Maravarman Sundarapandian or 1st Maravarman Kulasekara

Pandian. However, the representation itself is very vague and unspecific. Further, the naming of a flyover or any public building is within the prerogative of the State and their policy decisions. By virtue of the Court direction, we cannot enforce the request. Therefore, we wish the petitioner herein to move the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
