ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that he was not provided with any promotion, has submitted a representation and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, in the light of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.15 of 2010 dated 07.01.2010 of the Home (Pol.V) Department on par with his immediate junior.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 10.01.2026, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2025 was considered and necessary proposal has already been sent to the Chief Office and depending upon the decision, the request of the petitioner would be considered.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on the proposal made by the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
