This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the Survey No.434/6A in the petitioner's patta and substitute the same with the correct Survey No.434/16 as per UDR patta No.1814, relating to the petitioner's landed property situated at Kottampuli Village, Pudukottai, Kumaragiri, Thoothukudi District, by considering petitioner's representation dated on 05.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 05.11.2025 to rectify the Survey No.434/6A in the petitioner's patta and substitute the same with the correct Survey No.434/16 as per UDR patta No.1814, relating to the petitioner's landed property situated at Kottampuli Village, Pudukottai, Kumaragiri, Thoothukudi District. 2/5
However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
