This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner landed 2/5
property comprised in Survey No.100/1B1, Survey No.100/1B2, Survey No.100/1A, Survey No.100/1C, Survey No.100/1D situated in D. Goodalur Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District considering petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the 3rd respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents on 27.11.2025 to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner landed property comprised in Survey No.100/1B1, Survey No. 100/1B2, Survey No.100/1A, Survey No.100/1C, Survey No.100/1D situated in D. Goodalur Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing both parties, and pass appropriate orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
