O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Na.Ka.P5/29586/2019(P11) pending on this file within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the 4th respondent, notice is dispensed with.

3. Against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 03.07.2019, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the first respondent, which has been numbered as Na.Ka.P5/29586/2019(P11). However, the said appeal is still pending without any consideration and hence, the petitioner is before this court with this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the enquiry would be concluded within a reasonable period.

5. Keeping in view the enquiry is of the year 2019, the respondents are directed to conduct the enquiry and conclude the appeal within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
